Our first clients were local printers and educators who discovered our user friendly estimating software solution. Today we have customers in Australia, Africa and the UK including many installations throughout the United States and Canada.. PowerQuote has been covered by virtually every major U.S. printing publication and was selected by Apple as one of it's “Hot Picks”. We were first to market a year 2000 compliant estimating program, first with a “Built for Mac OS X” estimating software solution, first to be Universal Binary on Mac and designed for use on Vista. We pioneered estimating for high speed digital printing and we have expanded into large format.

Company Background
PowerQuote Software emerged from Bruce Moore Printing Company which was founded in 1985. The software was developed in the late 80's but not widely marketed until 1998 when it was introduced for Mac. We continued to operate the printing company and develop the software until 2002 when we turned the printing company over to new management and PowerQuote became a separate business.
Our founder and President Bruce Moore was a part of the personal computer revolution of the early 1980’s. He sold computer technology to organizations such as Unisys, NASA, schools and universities. Bruce has over 17 years experience in managing a printing business and as our lead programmer over 20 years in software development.
